I'm having issues with LINE TODAY

If you can't use LINE TODAY normally or you found an issue, try the following troubleshooting tips.

• Update LINE.

• Restart LINE and your device.

• Update the OS and software on your device.

• Change your internet connection (e.g. from Wi-Fi to 4G).

• Clear the LINE app's cache. (See here for information on how to do so.)

The TODAY tab doesn't appear in the LINE app

If the Calls tab appears instead of the TODAY tab, you can switch to the TODAY tab by following the steps in this Help article.

I want to change the TODAY tab to the Calls tab in the LINE app

To change the TODAY tab to the Calls tab:

Note: Depending on where you're using the app, the News tab may appear instead of the TODAY tab.

1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Calls.

2. Tap Calls/News tab selection.

3. Select the tab you want to display.

2. Type what you're looking for in the search box at the top of the screen.
