Themes are only supported on LINE versions 4.0.0 and later for Android and iOS. You cannot use themes on versions of LINE earlier than 4.0.0 or on other devices, such as BlackBerry and Windows Phones.
If you are having trouble downloading or using themes after updating the app, please try the following:
1. Restart your device.
2. Update your LINE app from the URL below:
3. Check your network connection.
4. Check the remaining storage space on your device.
5. Change your theme back to Original and download the theme again.
To delete and re-download themes
a. Go to More > Settings > Themes > My Themes > Edit.
b. Tap Remove.
c. Go back to My Themes.
d. Download the theme again.
e. Tap Apply.
