Group members can either leave on their own or be deleted from the group.
Groups themselves cannot be blocked. Please either leave the group or turn off its notifications.
Note: If you leave a group, its members will be notified of the fact.
Useful info
A group is deleted when all of its members have left. In this case, none of the posts from the deleted group can be restored.
Be advised
Leaving a group doesn't delete the messages, albums, or photos you posted. If you don't want your posts to remain, please delete them before leaving.
To leave a group on your own:
1. Tap the menu icon at the top of the group chat screen > Leave.
2. Tap Leave or OK.
To delete a group member:
1. Tap the menu icon at the top of the group chat screen > Members.
2. Tap Edit.
3. On iOS, tap "-" to the left of the member you want to delete > Remove > Remove.
On Android, tap Delete to the right of the member you want to delete > OK.
After all of the other members have been deleted, you can delete the group by leaving it.

Posts of members who left the group cannot be deleted.To delete a group member:

2. Tap Edit.

On Android, tap Delete to the right of the member you want to delete > OK.
After all of the other members have been deleted, you can delete the group by leaving it.
