To save or delete your chat history, follow the steps below.
Saving chat history
1. From the main menu, click
.
2. Click or double click the chat you want to save.
3. Click
at the top of the screen.
4. Click Save chat. Note:
- Only the messages that currently appear in the chat will be saved.
- The chat history will be saved as a text (.txt) file.
While the contents of the chat are being saved,
will appear at the top of the chat screen, allowing you to check the progress of your download.
Deleting all of your chat history
1. Click
at the bottom of the main menu > Settings.
2. Click Chats.
3. Under Delete data, click Delete under Chat history.
Be advised
Deleted chat history cannot be restored.
