The steps to use LINE Pay coupons differ depending on how you pay. See the instructions below for your situation.
Payments made with My Code
To use coupons from the My Code screen:
1. From the LINE Pay main menu, tap My Code > Check available coupons.
2. Tap a coupon (or a reward coupon if the list of Reward coupons appears), then tap Redeem by paying via My Code after the coupon has been downloaded.
3. Make sure the LINE Pay coupon that you selected appears on the My Code screen.
4. Turn ON Use LINE Points if you want to use them.
Note: You cannot specify the number of Points that you want to use.
5. Show your code to the clerk when checking out at the store.
To use coupons from the My Coupon screen:
1. From the LINE Pay main menu, tap My coupon > the coupon that you want to use.
2. Tap Redeem by paying via My Code.
3. Make sure the LINE Pay coupon that you selected appears on the My Code screen.
4. Turn ON Use LINE Points if you want to use them.
Note: You cannot specify the number of Points that you want to use.

Scanning a merchant's QR code
1. From the LINE Pay main menu, tap Scan.
2. Scan the merchant's QR code.
3. Enter the payment amount and tap Pay [amount].
Note: You don't need to enter the payment amount in some cases.
4. Check if the coupon was automatically applied.
Note: Tap "X" if you're not using coupons.
5. Check the discounted price using the coupon and tap Pay.
Note: Turn ON Use LINE Points if you want to use them.
6. Show the clerk the payment completion screen.
Online payments
1. On the payment screen, tap Check available coupons.
2. Check if the coupon was automatically applied.
3. Check the discounted price using the coupon.
Note: If you're using Points, enter the amount you want to use.
4. Select a payment method and tap Pay [amount].
5. Check each item on the confirmation screen, then tap Pay.
There are conditions for using LINE Pay coupons. From the LINE Pay main menu, tap My coupon and select a coupon to see the conditions for using it.
