Timeline issues

General solutions for issues with LINE toggle
If you're having issues with LINE, try the following troubleshooting tips:
• Close all running apps.
• Restart LINE and your device.
• Update LINE to the latest version.

Additionally, issues may occur if you do not use LINE with the recommended system specifications.
Note: We do not offer support for devices that are jailbroken or rooted.

If you experience network errors or images do not appear properly, try the following:
• Delete any unnecessary apps and data, and clear the cache on your device.
• Check if your network connection has any restrictions or filtering services in place.
• Clear the LINE app's cache.
• Offload the app. (See this Help article for details.)

To clear the LINE app's cache:
1. Tap the Home tab > Settings.
2. Tap Chats > Delete data.
3. Check the box next to Cached data > tap Delete selected data.
4. Tap Delete data.

What to check if you are not receiving Timeline notifications toggle

Timeline crashes toggle
If the app crashes when you try to view the Timeline, there may be Unicode characters on it. Please register an email address to your account and check for any Unicode characters on the PC version of LINE using the following articles.

Download PC Version of LINE

Please log in using the email address and password you registered to your LINE account.

If you find a post with the Unicode characters, please block the friend who posted it and see if it solves the issue.

If the above does not solve the issue, please try the basic steps.

Certain friends' posts don't appear toggle
Posts by your friends will not appear on Timeline if:
• They are currently on your Timeline hidden list.
• You are (or were) blocked by them.
• Their Share settings for Timeline are set to Excluded.

None of my friends' posts appear on Timeline toggle
If you didn't transfer your account when changing devices, etc.
The Timeline that appeared on your old account is not designed to appear on your new account. Even if you add your friends again, you cannot display the Timeline posts that they made up to that point.
Note: You can view older posts on your friends’ profiles.

If a friend's new Timeline posts don't appear
Please have that friend check whether their Timeline Share settings for you are set to Included.

Images are not appearing on Timeline or my profile toggle
If images are not appearing, please try:
• Checking the amount of memory available on your device and SD card.
• Re-downloading the stickers (if these are the images you're having issues with).

To re-download stickers:
1. From the Home tab, tap Settings > Stickers > Sticker set order.
2. Tap "-" next to the relevant stickers > Delete > Delete.
3. From the Home tab, tap Settings > Stickers > Purchase history.
4. Tap the relevant stickers > Download.

If the issue persists after you've tried everything above, or if you're experiencing a different issue, please try the general solutions.
