If you see a message similar to the one above, it indicates that your account has been temporarily suspended.
For more details, see the OpenChat's Guidelines for Prohibited Activities (Japan) or the LY Corporation Common Terms of Use (Taiwan and Thailand).
Be advised
If you violated OpenChat regulations, your account will generally be suspended for a temporary period (e.g. for a few hours, a day, a week, or 30 days), and you will be notified of the reason for the suspension.
Typically, the suspension is lifted within seven days, even if the duration isn't specified in the notification.
If the suspension period is seven days or less, even if you contact us, the restriction will likely be automatically lifted before we complete our investigation. We ask that you wait until the restriction is lifted.
Note: You may be restricted for longer depending on the nature of the violation.
