The display name set to your LINE account may suddenly be changed to "NONAME."
This
Help article explains the main reason why this happens and what to do about it.
The reason display names are changed to "NONAME"
On LINE, we restrict users from setting some display names so that all users can use
the service safely and with peace of mind.
If your display name contains strings of text or phrases
restricted from being used by LINE's Terms of Use, the display name you set will automatically be changed to
"NONAME."
Note: For security reasons, we are unable to tell you the specific text that is restricted or the reasons for individual decisions.
Changing your display name
Even if you see "NONAME" as your display name, it doesn't mean that you've been
suspended from using LINE.
For the steps to change your display name, see Your profile.
