Keep Memo
Keep Memo is your own personal chat that only you can see.
Note: If you don't see the Keep Memo chat, update LINE to the latest version.
The Keep Memo chat cannot be renamed and its profile picture cannot be changed. Also, it does not have features like Notes and Albums, and it cannot be deleted or duplicated.
Be advised
Photos, videos, and other files sent in chats (including Keep Memo) are only saved on our servers for a certain amount of time. After the storage period has ended, you will not be able to view, download, or send/receive the relevant content.
Note: We cannot disclose how long files are stored on our servers.

Opening Keep Memo:
To open Keep Memo, use any of the methods below.
• Click
at the bottom of the main menu.
• Click
> Keep Memo to the right of your name.
• Click
> the Keep Memo chat.
• Click at the bottom of a chat.
• Click your profile icon > at the bottom of your profile.
Using Keep Memo:
• Click > the Keep Memo chat, then send text, links, photos, videos, or other files.
• Click Send to Keep Memo under the item, or right-click (Control + click on Mac) an item that was shared in a chat and click Send to Keep Memo.
• Click an official account's profile icon >
at the top of the screen > select Keep Memo > Share.
, then select the Keep Memo chat, and right-click (Control + click on Mac).
2. Click Pin chat.
1. Click, then right-click (Control + click on Mac) the Keep Memo chat.
2. Click Hide > Hide.
To unhide the Keep Memo chat:
1. Click
at the bottom of the main menu > Settings.
2. Click Chats.
3. From Hidden chats, click Unhide next to Keep Memo.

2. Right-click (Control + click on Mac) the item you want to delete.
3. Click Delete > Delete, or Unsend > Unsend.
Note: You can unsend messages in chats within 24 hours of sending them.

For Photos & videos: Click either

For Files: Click and save the item you want to download.
