AI Chatbot (Beta) is a feature that responds when a user asks a question in your LINE official account's chat by automatically selecting the most appropriate answer from a registered Q&A list. It can automatically generate a Q&A list from materials including PDFs and images and will also suggest improvements based on usage data.
AI Chatbot (Beta) has features that:
• Automatically answer users' questions in the chat (by selecting the most appropriate answer from a registered Q&A list).
• Can automatically generate an initial Q&A list from materials including PDFs and images.
• Can provide improvements (adding, modifying, and combining information) based on usage status and feedback.
• Allow you to manage the editing, broadcasting, and settings for displaying your Q&A list replies via LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers.

Auto-response messages are designed to reply with fixed messages when set keywords are matched.
AI Chatbot (Beta) determines and selects the most appropriate reply message based on a Q&A list that is voluntarily registered in advance, then automatically replies with it. It can also handle a certain amount of vague wording and differences in phrasing from the user.

Based on our determination, LINE official accounts of the following business types may not be able to use AI Chatbot (Beta) regardless of whether or not they have a Chat Pro subscription. This is because such accounts may handle sensitive user information, including one's medical or financial condition and personal beliefs.
LINE official accounts related to:
• Medical care and welfare (e.g. hospitals, clinics, nursing facilities)
• Finance (e.g. banks, insurance, securities)
• Religion (e.g. temples, shrines, churches)
• Politics and government (e.g. government offices, municipalities, political parties)
• Law (e.g. lawyers, law firms) Note:
- The above items are examples, and we may refuse to offer the AI Chatbot (Beta) feature if we determine that an account may handle sensitive information.
- The breakdown of ineligible business types may change without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

You can check how the Q&A pairs you registered behave from the Home tab > AI Chatbot (Beta) under Auto-responses > Response test.
You can try making a Q&A list and running a response test on it without purchasing a Chat Pro subscription.

To start using AI Chatbot (Beta):
1. Select the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Select Settings > Response settings.
3. In the "Response method" section, select an item containing "AI Chatbot (Beta)."
You won't be able to enable the settings if you haven't purchased a Chat Pro subscription.

The AI chatbot can be used with manual chat and auto-response messages. You can select your preferred response method from Settings > Response settings.
If a reply can be made with an auto-response message because the user's message matches a keyword, the auto-response message will be prioritized and the AI chatbot will not reply.
