If you can't use LINE TODAY normally or you found an issue, try the following troubleshooting tips.
• Update LINE.
• Restart LINE and your device.
• Update the OS and software on your device.
• Change your internet connection (e.g. from Wi-Fi to 4G).
• Clear the LINE app's cache. (See
here for information on how to do so.)
