If you were charged for the same purchase more than once, we can check your purchase history and cancel the duplicate payments. However, if you have already used the Coins or Credit, we may not be able to do so.

Report charges you don't recognize

After doing so, you'll receive a notification message letting you know whether you can receive a refund. This email is usually sent within 15 minutes, but can take up to four business days.
