Note: LINE Stickers Premium is only available in Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.

You can only use this feature on your main device (typically your smartphone).

LINE Stickers Premium is a flat-rate subscription service that gives you unlimited use of a variety of Premium stickers, emoji, and themes without having to purchase them.
Note: LINE Stickers Premium cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices. With one LINE account, you can use one device and Apple ID/Google account each.

System requirements:
LINE Stickers Premium can be used with the following system specifications.

LINE app version:
• iOS devices: Version 13.18.0 or later
• Android devices: Version 13.18.0 or later

OS version:
See the requirements for each OS in the following Help article.

Unsupported devices:
• Tablets
• Other devices that do not support the LINE app

LINE Stickers Premium plans (courses):
LINE Stickers Premium offers a Basic and Deluxe course. Students are also able to use Student plans. For details, see the following Help article.

Note: Student plans are offered in Indonesia, Japan, and Taiwan.

First-time subscribers can try out LINE Stickers Premium for free during a trial period. The length of your free trial period will vary depending on when you subscribe. Be sure to check your free trial period when you subscribe.

Also, you can use the Basic course for free if you've subscribed to LINE MUSIC or LINEMO. For information about using the LINE Stickers Premium Basic course for free for LINE MUSIC/LINEMO subscribers, see the following Help articles.

Changing your plan/course

Purchasing a LINE Stickers Premium subscription plan:
1. Open LINE on the main device your account is registered to.

2. Tap the Home tab > Stickers.
Note: Tap here to go to the Sticker Shop.
3. Tap the LINE Stickers Premium area.
4. Select a plan (course) and tap Agree and continue on the pop-up.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and continue with your purchase.
6. Tap OK.

Payments (charges):
When you sign up for LINE Stickers Premium, you will continue to be charged through auto-renewal until you cancel your subscription. The period you are billed for will differ depending on your plan.

Monthly plans
You are charged once a month from the day you start making payments.

Yearly plans
You are charged once annually from the day you start making payments.

You can pay for your LINE Stickers Premium subscription through:
• App Store (Billing and Subscriptions on Apple Support)
• Google Play (Payment methods on Google Play Help)

Checking your purchased plan:
To check the status of the plan (course) you purchased, refer to the following steps. You can also check when your subscription plan will auto-renew.

1. Open LINE on the main device your account is registered to.
2. From the Home tab, tap Settings

3. Tap Stickers > Manage subscription.
Note: Tap here to go to Stickers.

Countries where LINE Stickers Premium is available:

Be advised

- You will not be able to use LINE Stickers Premium if you change to a phone number from outside of Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, or Thailand.
- If you're using LINE in Indonesia and you created your account with version 13.11.0 or later of the LINE app, you can use LINE Stickers Premium without registering a phone number.

LINE Stickers Premium can only be used with LINE accounts that have been registered with a phone number from Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, or Thailand.

Also, if you change your phone number (e.g. because you moved), you can continue using LINE Stickers Premium as long as your new number is from Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, or Thailand.
Note: You may no longer be able to use stickers, emoji, and themes that can only be purchased/downloaded in certain regions after changing your phone number.

• You can have up to five eligible sticker sets at a time

Deluxe course

Course details:

• Get unlimited use of stickers, emoji, and themes offered with LINE Stickers Premium

• You can have up to 1,000 sticker/emoji sets and 100 themes at a time

Note: The number of items you can store will differ depending on your device.

Plan details:

• Monthly plan: JPY 480 (tax included)

• Student plan: JPY 360/month (tax included)

• Yearly plan: JPY 4,800 (tax included)

About Student plans

First-time subscribers can try out LINE Stickers Premium for free during a trial period. The length of the free trial period depends on when you subscribe, so be sure to check how long you have when you sign up.

- You can cancel an auto-renewal subscription up to 24 hours before its next renewal date.
- If you cancel your plan (course) subscription, you will not be able to use your downloaded stickers, emoji, or themes after the plan expires.

Canceling a regular plan

Useful info

If you want to re-subscribe to a plan (course) that was canceled but hasn't expired yet, please restore the subscription on the App Store or Google Play.

On iOS

1. Open LINE on the main device (iPhone) your account is registered to.
2. From the Home tab, tap Settings

> Stickers.
Note: Tap here to go to Stickers.
3. Tap Manage subscription > Manage subscription.
4. Tap the plan name that appears and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple
Note: If you subscribed to LINE Stickers Premium from LINE STORE, a pop-up will appear asking you to open LINE STORE. Please go there to cancel your subscription.

If you can confirm any of the following after you've completed the steps above, it means your subscription has been canceled.

• A date appearing next to Expiring on the Subscriptions screen.
• Cancel Subscription isn't displayed at the bottom of the Subscriptions screen.
• There is no check to the right of the plan price under Options on the Edit Subscription screen.

Note: Even after canceling your subscription, it will show up as "Active" in the LINE app and as "LINE Stickers Premium" on the Subscriptions screen. (To access the Subscriptions screen, tap Settings on your device > your Apple ID user name.) You can use the plan until it expires.

On Android

1. Open LINE on the main device (Android) your account is registered to.
2. From the Home tab, tap Settings

> Stickers.
Note: Tap here to go to Stickers.
3. Tap Manage subscription > Manage subscription.
4. Tap the plan name that appears and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.

Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
Note: If you subscribed to LINE Stickers Premium from LINE STORE, a pop-up will appear asking you to open LINE STORE. Please go there to cancel your subscription.

If you finished canceling the subscription, you should see the subscription expiration date or the date it was canceled on the Manage subscription screen after you tap the plan's name. This means the plan will not renew automatically.
Note: Even after canceling your subscription, it will show up as "Active" in the LINE app and as "LINE Stickers Premium" on the Subscriptions screen in Google Play. You can use the plan until it expires.

If the subscription cancellation screen doesn't appear:
You may be logged in with a different Google account from the one you used to subscribe to your plan (e.g. because you have multiple Google accounts).

First, switch to the right Google account, then check if LINE Stickers Premium appears on the Subscriptions screen.

How to add & use accounts in the Google Play Store on your device

If you're still unable to cancel your subscription after trying everything above, please contact us via this Inquiry Form so we can look into it.

1. Open LINE on the main device your account is registered to.
2. From the Home tab, tap Settings

> Stickers.

3. Tap Manage subscription > Cancel LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.

Canceling the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan

1. Open LINE on the main device your account is registered to.
2. From the Home tab, tap Settings

> Stickers.
Note: Tap here to go to Stickers.
3. Tap Manage subscription > Manage your LINEMO free sticker plan.
4. Log in from the LINEMO homepage and follow the on-screen steps to finish canceling your plan.

Note: The free sticker plan for LINE MUSIC/LINEMO subscribers is only available in Japan.

Students currently attending a university, graduate school, junior college, vocational school, technical junior college, high school, or middle school in Japan are eligible for Student plans.

Useful info

- Student plans are offered in Indonesia, Japan, and Taiwan.
- If you're a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian to subscribe to this service.
- If you'll still be a student after your Student plan expires, you can extend it by updating your expected graduation date on the student verification screen.

Changing your plan/course

To continue using LINE Stickers Premium after your Student plan expires, you need to change your subscription to a Monthly or Yearly paid plan.

The LINE MUSIC free sticker plan lets LINE MUSIC subscribers use the LINE Stickers Premium Basic course for free.

Note: The LINE Stickers Premium Deluxe course is not available through this plan.

To use the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan, you need to subscribe from the registration screen in the LINE MUSIC app. You can find information about the LINE Stickers Premium course types in the following Help article.

LINE Stickers Premium courses/plans

If you already have a LINE Stickers Premium plan, please cancel it and subscribe to the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan after your canceled plan expires.

Note:

- If you cancel your LINE MUSIC subscription, you will not be able to use your LINE Stickers Premium plan after your canceled subscription expires.

- You cannot subscribe to the Deluxe course while you're using the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.

- If you want to use the Deluxe course, subscribe from the Sticker Shop after canceling your LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.

When you cancel your LINE MUSIC free sticker plan, the cancelation will take place immediately.

To use the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan, you need to access the application page from the LINEMO official account and sign up. If you already have a LINE Stickers Premium plan, you can sign up for the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan after cancelling your current plan and letting it expire.

Note: If you cancel your LINEMO subscription, you will not be able to use the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan after your cancelled subscription expires.

If you cancel your LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan, the cancellation will go into effect immediately.
