If you're experiencing issues with the LINE app and checking the settings doesn't resolve them, try deleting then reinstalling the app, as this may resolve the issue.
Note: Even if you accidentally delete the LINE app, you can still transfer your LINE account by reinstalling the app and logging in.
To reinstall and log in to the LINE app, you need to transfer your LINE account. Please back up your chat history in advance if you want to transfer it, then follow the steps below.
1. Delete the LINE app.
2. Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Transfer your LINE account using your phone number, or Apple ID/Google account.
4. When the screen to restore your chat history appears, tap Restore chat history.
