Service overview
You can only use this feature on your main device (typically your smartphone).
Refer to the following information for the steps to cancel your subscription.
Note: Please also refer to this Help article if you want to cancel your plan (course) subscription during a free trial.
Be advised
Any links in steps directing to LINE in-app screens can only be opened on your main device.
Useful info
- You can cancel an auto-renewal subscription up to 24 hours before its next renewal date.
- If you cancel your plan (course) subscription, you will not be able to use your downloaded stickers, emoji, or themes after the plan expires.
We'd also like to ask for your feedback in order to make future improvements to the service. Please tell us why you are canceling your subscription in the LINE Stickers Premium Customer Satisfaction Survey. (Only available in Japanese.)

Useful info
If you want to re-subscribe to a plan (course) that was canceled but hasn't expired yet, please restore the subscription on the App Store or Google Play.
2. From the Home tab, tap
> Stickers.

3. Tap Manage subscription > Manage subscription.
4. Tap the plan name that appears and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.
If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple
Note: If you subscribed to LINE Stickers Premium from LINE STORE, a pop-up will appear asking you to open LINE STORE. Please go there to cancel your subscription.
If you can confirm any of the following after you've completed the steps above, it means your subscription has been canceled.
• A date appearing next to Expiring on the Subscriptions screen.
• Cancel Subscription isn't displayed at the bottom of the Subscriptions screen.
• There is no check to the right of the plan price under Options on the Edit Subscription screen.
Note: Even after canceling your subscription, it will show up as "Active" in the LINE app and as "LINE Stickers Premium" on the Subscriptions screen. (To access the Subscriptions screen, tap Settings on your device > your Apple ID user name.) You can use the plan until it expires.

4. Tap the plan name that appears and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.
Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
Note: If you subscribed to LINE Stickers Premium from LINE STORE, a pop-up will appear asking you to open LINE STORE. Please go there to cancel your subscription.
If you finished canceling the subscription, you should see the subscription expiration date or the date it was canceled on the Manage subscription screen after you tap the plan's name. This means the plan will not renew automatically.
Note: Even after canceling your subscription, it will show up as "Active" in the LINE app and as "LINE Stickers Premium" on the Subscriptions screen in Google Play. You can use the plan until it expires.
If the subscription cancellation screen doesn't appear:
You may be logged in with a different Google account from the one you used to subscribe to your plan (e.g. because you have multiple Google accounts).
First, switch to the right Google account, then check if LINE Stickers Premium appears on the Subscriptions screen.
How to add & use accounts in the Google Play Store on your device
If you're still unable to cancel your subscription after trying everything above, please contact us via this Inquiry Form so we can look into it.

Canceling a regular plan

On iOS
1. Open LINE on the main device (iPhone) your account is registered to.2. From the Home tab, tap

3. Tap Manage subscription > Manage subscription.
4. Tap the plan name that appears and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.
If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple
