LINE Stickers Premium

About LINE Stickers Premium toggle
LINE Stickers Premium is a flat-rate subscription service that gives you unlimited use of a variety of eligible stickers without having to purchase them.

With the Basic course, you can only use eligible stickers. By subscribing to the Deluxe course, you'll also get unlimited use of supported creators' emoji and themes.

LINE Stickers Premium courses/plans toggle
LINE Stickers Premium offers a Basic and Deluxe course. First-time subscribers get a free 31-day trial.
Note: The length of the free trial period depends on when you subscribe. Please check to see how much time you have when you sign up.

Basic course
• Monthly plan: JPY 240 (tax included)
• Student plan: JPY 120/month (tax included)
• Yearly plan: JPY 2,400 (tax included)

Deluxe course
• Monthly plan: JPY 480 (tax included)
• Student plan: JPY 360/month (tax included)
• Yearly plan: JPY 4,800 (tax included)

Payment methods you can use to purchase plans (courses) toggle
You can purchase a plan with one of the following methods:

- LINE Pay (credit card)
- LINE Pay (Balance)
Note: This option does not allow you to pay with LINE Pay Bonuses that you received from promotions or LINE friends.
- Docomo mobile payment
- au Easy Payment/au WALLET
- SoftBank mobile payment/Y!Mobile
Note: This option can only be used for monthly and student plans.

Purchasing a LINE Stickers Premium subscription plan toggle
To purchase a LINE Stickers Premium plan: 
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. In the LINE Stickers Premium section, tap Try Stickers Premium for free.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. Select a plan (course) and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and finish making your purchase.

If you've subscribed to LINE MUSIC or LINEMO, you can use the Basic course for free. For details, see this Help article if you have a LINE MUSIC subscription or this Help article if you're using LINEMO.

LINE Stickers Premium can be used with the following system specifications.

LINE app version
iOS and Android devices: Version 11.11.0 or later

OS version
• iOS 12.0 or later
• Android 5.0 or later

This service is not supported on:
• Tablets
• PCs
• Other devices that cannot support the use of the LINE app

What countries can I use LINE Stickers Premium in? toggle
LINE Stickers Premium can only be used with LINE accounts registered in Indonesia, Japan, and Taiwan.
Note:
- You can use the service overseas if your device's international roaming setting is turned ON.
- If you move to another country and your registered information changes, you will no longer be able to use LINE Stickers Premium.

About Student plans toggle
Students currently attending a university, graduate school, junior college, vocational school, technical junior college, high school, or middle school in Japan are eligible for Student plans.
Note: If you're a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian to subscribe to this service.

Student plans
• Basic course: JPY 120/month (tax included)
• Deluxe course: JPY 360/month (tax included)

First-time subscribers can try out LINE Stickers Premium for free during a trial period.
Note: The length of the free trial period depends on when you subscribe. Please check to see how much time you have when you sign up.

My student plan expired toggle
To continue using LINE Stickers Premium after your student plan expires, you need to change your subscription to a Monthly or Yearly paid plan.

You can change your plan by going to your LINE STORE Account page, then clicking the Subscription plans tab > Update plan.

Click here to go to the Subscription plans page.

Note:
- Your new plan will take effect (and you will start being charged for it) from the next renewal date.
- You cannot change to a Yearly plan if you're using the SoftBank mobile payment/Y!Mobile payment option.
- If you are still a student, you can extend your student plan by updating your expected graduation date on the student verification screen.

About the free trial toggle
First-time subscribers can try out LINE Stickers Premium for free during a trial period.
Note: The length of the free trial period depends on when you subscribe. Please check to see how much time you have when you sign up.

You can use Premium stickers as soon as you purchase a plan.

To start your free trial: 
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. In the LINE Stickers Premium section, tap Try Stickers Premium for free.
Note: You can also go to the purchase page by tapping here.
3. Select a plan (course) and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and continue with your purchase.

Note: You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription by 9:59 pm the day before the free trial period ends. If you continue using the plan (course) after the trial period is over, you will automatically start to be charged for your subscription.

Changing your course/plan toggle
You can currently change between some plans (courses) on LINE STORE.

To change your plan (course): 
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. Tap the menu icon > Account page > Purchase history > Subscription plans > Change plan.
Note: For PC users, click Account page > Subscription plans > Change plan.
3. Select the plan (course) that you want and finish changing your plan.

If you change your plan (course), you can use the service for no extra charge until the new price is applied from the next renewal date.

If you've subscribed to LINE MUSIC or LINEMO, you can use the Basic course for free. For details, see this Help article if you have a LINE MUSIC subscription or this Help article if you're using LINEMO.

Canceling a subscription toggle
To cancel your subscription: 
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. Tap the menu icon > Account page.
3. Tap Purchase history > Subscription plans.
4. Select LINE Stickers Premium > Cancel.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish canceling the subscription.

Only subscriptions purchased on LINE STORE can be canceled on LINE STORE. If your subscription was an in-app purchase, please cancel it from the app.

What's the latest I can cancel my plan (course) subscription before being charged? toggle
The latest you can cancel your plan (course) subscription is by 9:59 pm on the day before the renewal date. If you cancel after that, the cancelation will apply for the next renewal period.

For example, if your monthly subscription's renewal date is August 10:
• Your subscription will end on August 10 if you cancel your plan by 9:59 pm on August 9.
• Your subscription will end on September 10 if you cancel your plan after 9:59 pm on August 9.

You can see your exact subscription end date by tapping Account page > Purchase history > Subscription plans > LINE Stickers Premium > Cancel.

Until when can I use my subscription after canceling it? toggle
After canceling your subscription, you can still use it until 11:59 pm on the day before the renewal date.

To check the renewal date: 
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. Tap the menu icon > Account page.
3. Tap Purchase history > Subscription plans.
4. Check under LINE Stickers Premium.

Restoring a canceled plan while it's still valid toggle
You can restore a plan that was canceled but hasn't expired yet until 9:59 pm on the day before the renewal date. You will no longer be able to restore it after that time.

Checking if stickers, emoji, and themes are offered with LINE Stickers Premium toggle
In LINE STORE and the Sticker Shop, you'll see a "P" at the top right of sticker/emoji sets and themes that can be used with a LINE Stickers Premium subscription.

How many Premium sticker/emoji sets and themes can I have? toggle
With the Basic course, you can have up to five Premium sticker sets at a time. If you already have five sticker sets and want to download another, you need to delete one of your current sets first.

With the Deluxe course, you can have up to 1,000 Premium sticker and emoji sets as well as 100 themes at a time.
Note: The number of sets you can have will differ depending on how much storage is available on your device.

Checking the Premium sticker/emoji sets and themes you've downloaded toggle
To check your sticker/emoji sets:
1. Start LINE.
2. Tap the Home tab > Settings.
3. Tap Stickers > My Stickers.
4. Tap the Stickers or Emoji tab.

To check your themes:
1. Start LINE.
2. Tap the Home tab > Settings.
3. Tap Themes > My Themes.

About the LINE Stickers Premium Deluxe course toggle
The Deluxe course is one of the courses available in LINE Stickers Premium.

With this course, you can:
• Get unlimited use of supported creators' emoji and themes in addition to eligible stickers.
• Have up to a total of 1,000 Premium sticker and emoji sets as well as 100 themes at a time.

In addition to the Deluxe course, there is currently a Basic course that lets subscribers use eligible stickers only.
Note: With the Basic course, you can have up to five eligible sticker sets at a time.

About the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan toggle
LINE MUSIC subscribers can use the LINE Stickers Premium Basic course for free with this plan.
Note:
- The LINE Stickers Premium Deluxe course is not available through this plan.
- You cannot subscribe to the Deluxe course while you're using the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.
- If you want to use the Deluxe course, subscribe from LINE STORE after canceling your LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.

To use the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan, you need to subscribe from the registration screen in the LINE MUSIC app. You can find information about the LINE Stickers Premium course types in this Help article.

If you already have a LINE Stickers Premium plan, you can subscribe to the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan after you cancel your current plan and the canceled plan expires.
Note: If you cancel your LINE MUSIC subscription, you will not be able to use your LINE Stickers Premium plan after your canceled subscription expires.

When you cancel your LINE MUSIC free sticker plan, the cancelation will take place immediately. For more information about canceling your plan, see this Help article.

I couldn't sign up for the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan toggle

If you unsuccessfully try to sign up for the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan, you'll receive a text message from LINEMO with an error code. Check the details for your error code in the table below, then try signing up again.

The version of LINE that you're currently using does not support LINE Stickers Premium. Update the LINE app to version 11.10.0 or later and try signing up again.

You cannot use the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan because a Japanese phone number is not currently registered to your LINE account.

 

To use the LINE Stickers Premium for LINEMO plan, register a Japanese phone number to your LINE account and try signing up again.
