If you can't use LINE TODAY normally or found an issue, try the following troubleshooting tips.
• Update LINE.
• Restart LINE and your device.
• Update the OS and software on your device.
• Change your internet connection (e.g. from Wi-Fi to 4G).
• Clear the LINE app's cache. (See
here for information on how to do so.)
If you're experiencing the same issue in other tabs (e.g. Chats, Home) and not just the TODAY tab, refer to
this Help article and update Android System WebView.
